I. General Consulting

Quantity:

1 Consultation session that lasts from 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour.

Frequently consulted cases and specific corporate requirements to be discussed:

  • Foreign Investor’s TAX ID/RUT obtainance
  • Formal creation and foundation of the Company in Chile
  • VISA request in investor’s quality
  • Tax and commercial domicile advise
  • Advice on bank account opening options
  • Revision of international contracts between public or private Chilean entities
  • Working contract procedures and revision
  • Commercial Advice on following steps such as Initial Operational Procedures & Accountability/Tax Planning

Platform:

Video-Conference through Google Meet, ZOOM, WeChat, Whats-App or Video-Link.

* Once the consultation session ends, we will deliver a detailed report containing all the requirements and subjects discussed during the video-conference. This report will also include a list of steps to proceed with the formal creation of your business in Chile as well as the obtainance process for your Visa in investor’s quality.

  1. All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
  2. Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm your date and time.
  3. The video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
  4. The maximun amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
  5. In case the client presents any issue and requires a change of date and time, a re-schedule will be effective as long as the new selection doesn’t interfere with another’s client registration in the system. We operate with a flexible schedule.

II. Unlimited Consulting

Service offered to medium and large companies that require a higher amount of initial planning during the incorporation process.

Contains:

Complete legal advice and assistance of a Lawyer specialized in Chilean Corporate Law

Quantity:

As many consulting sessions required by the client during one month period.

Frequently consulted cases and specific corporate requirements to be discussed:

  • Foreign Investor’s TAX ID/RUT obtainance
  • Formal creation and foundation of the Company in Chile
  • VISA request in investor’s quality
  • Tax and commercial domicile advise
  • Advice on bank account opening options
  • Revision of international contracts between public or private Chilean entities
  • Working contract procedures and revisión
  • Commercial Advice on following steps such as Initial Operational Procedures & Accountability/Tax Planning
  • Revision of notarial documents and delegated powers from local Chilean Institutions

* Once the consultation session ends, we will deliver a detailed report containing all the requirements and subjects discussed during the video-conference. This report will also include a list of steps to proceed with the formal creation of your business in Chile as well as the obtainance process for your Visa in investor’s quality.

  1. 1 – Unlimited consulting has a maximum of 10 hours top during the course of one monthper client.
  2. All video-conferences must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to date and time selected.
  3. Once the payment is verified in our system, you will receive an email to confirm the date and time of your first video-conference.
  4. Each video-conference has a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 1 hour per session.
  5. The monthly period of service will start counting once the first video-conference is scheduled.
  6. The client can select between 1 and 20 hours of consulting video-conferences during the course of one month.
  7. The maximum amount of video-conferences scheduled per client must not be higher than 3 registrations per day.
  8. The non-use of scheduled hours during the month of service are responsibility of the client. This hours can’t be accumulated or extended for the next monthly period.
